The world famous Reading Carriage Sales have been in operation for over 40 years. There are now four sales annually in Reading with additional private sales during the year.

Thimbleby & Shorland have been asked to conduct important dispersal or reduction sales on behalf of private clients, at their premises including recently on behalf of John Peacock and Alva Evans.

Over the years, carriages, sets of harness, sundry accoutrements and anything related to the art of carriage driving have been bought and sold by clients around the globe providing an important meeting place for driving and equestrian enthusiasts, as well as for those looking to buy and sell their items.
