A site of about 2 ¾ acres located close to the edge of Arborfield Barracks with access off a roundabout on the A327, about a mile south of the village of Arborfield Cross. The land includes a 4 bay steel portal-framed building with part concrete block walls of about 60’ by 35’, with concrete floor, an adjoining lean-to and an area of concrete hard-standing. From the M4 junction 11 take the B3720 towards Shinfield. At the roundabout take the A327 to Arborfield. Continue on the A327 through Arborfield and Arborfield Cross. At the next roundabout continue on the A327. Take the second exit at the next roundabout onto Poperinghe Way and then turn immediately right onto a private road. Keep to the right, then take the next left and the entrance to the site will be found at the end of the track.
