Due to the number of lots and the size of the site, please read this important information:
Collection will be strictly by appointment only through the auctioneers on a first come first served basis, (0118 9508611) with one collection per hour between 10am and 3pm - 24hours notice for pots under 90 litre & 48 hours notice for pots over 90litres.
A Forklift is on site to assist loading. 48hrs must be given in advance for this facility.
All lots are at the risk of the buyer from the fall of the hammer, and you are strongly advised to effect insurance immediately. All lots must be paid for immediately.
Haulage
For purchasers needing transport assistance, large tree ‘kerb side’ transport can be organised directly with the Tendercare team. Fees and delivery timings are to be confirmed and organised directly with Tendercare on 01895835544.
Anyone arriving without an appointment will be turned away
- Some lots have multiple items, which will be stated in the description. If not, bidders are to assume that that the lot is made up of one (1) single item only.
- In line with standard auction terms & conditions, neither the Auctioneers nor Tendercare will have any liability for damage, should it arise, to vehicles whilst loading and cannot be held responsible.
- All lots & charges will have VAT added at the standard rate.
- Payment strictly Bank Transfer or DEBIT card to the auctioneers.
- All plant and tree care/maintenance is the responsibility of the purchaser from the fall of the hammer. The auctioneers strongly recommend prospective purchasers view prior to bidding.
