Proof of ID required on collection, including copy of ATF certificate where applicable.

Notice to Buyers
To be read in conjunction with our Conditions of Purchase of Seized Vehicles by Auction (see Motor Vehicle section of our website www.tsauction.co.uk or available on request from the office).

Registration: Please note that we now have a new on line bidding platform. Bidders must register through the link on our webpage. Please click on the ‘Register/Bid Live’ link.
A refundable deposit of £200 is required, payable by debit or credit card. The auctioneers will not be held responsible for any deficit in deposit refunds as a result of exchange rate fluctuations.

Descriptions: All lots are sold as seen and Buyers must satisfy themselves as to the accuracy of any description given in the catalogue or by any other means. All lots are sold without warranty of any kind. Buyers are strongly recommended to make a physical inspection of any lot or lots before bidding.

Buyer’s Premium: A charge of 20% of the sale price of every lot, plus VAT, will be payable by all Buyers.

Value Added Tax (VAT): VAT at the standard rate (currently 20%) will be charged on the sale price of those lots marked in the catalogue with a ‘v’.

Payment: All Lots are to be paid for in full, including buyer’s premium, by no later than 4.30 pm on Thursday 19th October 2017. Methods of payment are:
Cash (see below for terms);
Debit card; Credit card (subject to a surcharge of 2% plus VAT);
bank transfer. Our bank details are: National Westminster Bank Account No. 95544070, sort code 60-17-21.

Payment in Cash: In order to comply with money laundering regulations we will not accept payments in cash exceeding £9,000. Cash payments in access of £4,000 must be accompanied by valid proof of identity i.e. passport/driving licence supported by two utility bills, bank statement or equivalent. Cash payments via your bank will not be permitted. The auctioneers will only accept payment from and permit removal of goods purchased by the successful purchaser or their duly appointed agent. No lots will be transferred to third party invoices after the auction.

If you are not able to pay for a vehicle in accordance with these terms then DO NOT BID.

Collection: All Lots are to be collected by no later than 4.30 pm on Friday 20th October 2017 after which time a storage charge of £20 (including VAT) per day will be levied as set out in clause 7.2.4 of our Conditions of Purchase. Please refer to the Motor Vehicles section of our website to see the full Conditions of Purchase or paper copies are available on request from the office. Proof of Identity will be required before any vehicle may be removed from the premises.

Please note – we do not deliver vehicles or arrange delivery and Buyers must be able to remove all vehicles by the time stated.
