Viewing: 12 noon until 4 p.m. on Friday 24th November 2017 and from 8.00 a.m. on the morning of the sale.

Collection deadline: 4.30 p.m. Tuesday 28th November 2017

Proof of ID required on collection, including copy of ATF certificate where applicable.

Notice to Buyers
To be read in conjunction with our Conditions of Purchase of Seized Vehicles by Auction (see Motor Vehicle section of our website www.tsauction.co.uk or available on request from the office).

Registration: Bidders must register in the auction office and complete a registration form. A refundable deposit of £200 is required, payable by debit or credit card. The auctioneers will not be held responsible for any deficit in deposit refunds as a result of exchange rate fluctuations.

Descriptions: All lots are sold as seen and Buyers must satisfy themselves as to the accuracy of any description given in the catalogue or by any other means. All lots are sold without warranty of any kind. Buyers are strongly recommended to make a physical inspection of any lot or lots before bidding.

Buyers’ Premium: A charge of 20% of the sale price per lot (plus VAT) will be payable by all buyers of lots from 1701.

Value Added Tax (VAT): VAT at the standard rate (currently 20%) will be charged on the sale price of those lots marked in the catalogue with a ‘v’.

Payment: All Lots are to be paid for in full, including buyer’s premium, by no later than 4.30 p.m. Monday 27th November 2017. Methods of payment are: Cash (subject to a maximum of £9,000); Debit card; Credit card (subject to a surcharge of 2% plus VAT).
If you are not able to pay for a vehicle in accordance with these terms then DO NOT BID.
Payment in Cash: In order to comply with money laundering regulations we will not accept payments in cash exceeding £9,000. Cash payments in access of £4,000 must be accompanied by valid proof of identity i.e. passport/driving licence supported by two utility bills, bank statement or equivalent. Cash payments via your bank will not be permitted. The auctioneers will only accept payment from and permit removal of goods purchased by the successful purchaser or their duly appointed agent. No lots will be transferred to third party invoices after the auction.

Collection: All Lots are to be collected by no later than 4.30 p.m. on Tuesday 28th November 2017 after which time a storage charge of £20 (including VAT) per day will be levied as set out in clause 7.2.4 of our Conditions of Purchase. Please refer to the Motor Vehicles section of our website to see the full Conditions of Purchase or paper copies are available on request from the office. Proof of Identity will be required before any vehicle may be removed from the premises.

Please note – we do not deliver vehicles or arrange delivery and Buyers must be able to remove all vehicles by the time stated. If you are not in a position to do this then DO NOT BID.
