Warren Heath Quarry can be found on the A327 Eversley to Blackbushe Road. From the M3 J4A follow the A327 Minley Road turning left onto the A30 at the second roundabout. Turn right onto the A327 Eversley Road and the site will be found on your left. From M4 J11 follow signs to Arborfield/Eversley, through Shinfield turning right onto the A327 at Arborfield Cross. The sale site will be found on your right. Direction signs will be in evidence on viewing and sale days.
Wednesday 30th May 9am – 4.30 pm and on the day of salefrom 8am.PARKING Parking will be available immediately inside the quarry entrance on the right hand side, please do not obstruct the road way as the quarry will be in operation. When walking to the auction site, please keep to the marked pedestrian walkways.
All buyers must register at the auction office prior to sale when they will be given a bidding number. New customers will be required to provide satisfactory proof of identity plus a deposit of £2,000 payable by cash or card.Any purchaser defaulting on payment will automatically lose their deposit.

PAYMENT IN CASH: In order to comply with money laundering regulations we will not accept payments in cash exceeding £9,000. Cash payments in excess of £4,000 must be accompanied by valid proof of identity ie passport/driving licence, supported by 2 utility bills, bank statement or equivalent. Cash payments via your bank will no longer be permitted.
The Auctioneers will only accept payment from and permit removal of goods purchased by the successful purchased or their duly appointed agent. No lots will be transferred to third party invoices after the auction. Persons bidding as agents for or on behalf of a third party will be held responsible for payment.
COMMISSIONS TO PURCHASE:
Will be executed with care and judgement by the auctioneers on receipt of full written instructions providing prospective purchasers have previously inspected the goods in question.
VALUE ADDED TAX:
All lots will carry VAT at the standard rate which will be added to all accounts unless otherwise stated at the time of the sale. VAT invoices will be issued.
All lots remain at the risk of the buyer from the fall of the hammer and it is strongly advised to effect insurance at once.
