Lots 1 to 61 and Lots 67 to 69 are located at Turrill Hill Farm, Overton, Basingstoke, RG25 3DH.
Lots 62, 63 & 65 (Composting Machines) are located at Laverstoke Park Farm, Overton, Basingstoke, RG25 3DR. Follow direction signs to Laverstoke Park Education Centre and proceed through electric gates. Bear right signed “Lairage” and Lots 62 to 64 will be found in front of the building.

Lot 66 (Oil Press) is located adjacent to Laverstoke Park Farm, Overton, Basingstoke, RG25 3DR. Turn off the road to the Coffee Shop (the turning is just to the south of the road to the Education Centre) and proceed down the track past the Cottages. Park at the side of the farm building on the left and walk round the building, under the grain hopper, and left to the lean-to at rear.
Direction signs will be posted on viewing day.
Parking:
Ample onsite parking will be available.
Viewing/Bidding:
Viewing is on Wednesday 29th November from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. and Thursday 30th from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
Please note: High visibility jackets must be worn when viewing all lots
Bidding starts at noon on Wednesday 29th November 2017 and finishes from noon on Thursday 30th.
Registration:
Prospective purchasers should register to bid at www.tsauction.co.uk. A £500 deposit will be taken at the time of registration. The deposit can be taken from a credit or debit card when registering. This will be refunded in full if no purchase is made, although please note that the refund will take a couple of days to take effect.
Buyers’ Premium:
A buyers’ premium of 6% (VAT inclusive) will be added to the hammer price of all lots.
VAT:
There is VAT on all Lots in this sale.
Payment:
Invoices will be emailed to successful purchasers as soon as possible after the sale has finished. No sale is confirmed until an invoice has been issued. Invoices must be settled immediately – methods of payment are credit card (with a 2% plus VAT surcharge), debit card, bank transfer or cash. Cash payments must be made at our Reading office.

Please note that all lots are at the risk of the buyer from the close of sale of each lot and it is strongly advised that you effect insurance immediately.
Payment in Cash: In order to comply with money laundering regulations we will not accept payments in cash exceeding £9,000. Cash payments in excess of £4,000 must be accompanied by valid proof of identity e.g. passport/driving licence supported by two utility bills, bank statement or equivalent.
The Auctioneers will only accept payment from and permit removal of goods purchased by the successful purchaser or their duly appointed agent. No lots will be transferred to third party invoices after the auction.
Clearance:
Once payment has been received and funds cleared collection of lots purchased may be effected on Friday 1st December between 9.30 a.m. and 4 p.m., thereafter by arrangement.
There will be assistance with loading provided notice is given and strictly on the basis that it is given without liability for any damage that may be caused.
All lots to be cleared by 8th December 2017.
